Almost 3,500 students were named to the University of Maryland College of Computer, Mathematical, and Natural Sciences Dean's List for Fall 2020.

The Fundamentals of Quantum Materials Winter School, held annually at the University of Maryland, brings together senior and junior scientists to address topics at the forefront of current research into quantum materials. 

University of Maryland Chemistry and Biochemistry Professor Dorothy Beckett has been chosen to direct the National Institute of General Medical Sciences' Division of Biophysics, Biomedical Technology, and Computational Biosciences.

The college will confer degrees to over 650 students during the Winter Commencement Ceremony.
