Abstract: Mass spectrometry (MS) is an evolving technique in the field of RNA research. This talk will highlight the use of high resolution FT-ICR (Fourier transform ion cyclotron resonance) MS for the study of RNA modifications and RNA interactions with proteins and small molecule ligands.
