Electron-Induced Proton-Transfer (EIPT) and its Role in the Formation of Solvated Electrons

Abstract: This presentation will explore the possible role of electron-induced proton-transfer (EIPT) in the formation of solvated electrons and in particular in the formation of ammonia cluster anions as embryonic ammoniated electrons. The experimental method employed in this work is negative ion photoelectron spectroscopy.
